Never ordered a a turkey wing dinner where they give you a choice of the drum or the flat I always thought you get the whole wing

Let me just say this...if people are patronizing your business frequently it's nothing to show a little love when your lacking in product. You wanna serve me a $4 kool-aid that's labeled a slushy..nachos with condiments lacking, and don't even have the decency to say "you know what, I'll knock $2 off for you".
