Doctor Knapp is great it's her nurse's that are not professional. Im primarily speaking about Heather (i believer her name is). Shes just there to do a job. She didn't verify shots, she just came in gave it, she had no sympathy at all. There's a front desk clerk who was unprofessional as well. Older lady, heavy set- had a attitude for no reason.
