After tolerating the consistently late C-Pap supplies for far too long, I finally gave up on this incompetent business. Or, at least tried to. After picking up my last order, I refused to sign the order for the following month. (I use the word "month" loosely here because their "month" is often as long as 59 days.) I then requested that my prescription be transferred to my new supplier. They managed to fail at that, too. Months have passed and just today I discovered that they claim I wanted one more order. Last year it took 2 1/2 months to get CPAP for my wife after the doctor prescribed it. I had to go in and raise cane. Now she hasn't received anything since April. Just reusing filters and hoses. We get the run around when we call or go in the office.
Do NOT use this company for your CPAP supplies. They will not order the supplies or they order the wrong supplies and they can't get their billing straight. I've mailed payments that were cashed but never applied to my account. I've asked for bills that were never sent.
