Last year it took 2 1/2 months to get CPAP for my wife after the doctor prescribed it. I had to go in and raise cane. Now she hasn't received anything since April. Just reusing filters and hoses. We get the run around when we call or go in the office.
Do NOT use this company for your CPAP supplies. They will not order the supplies or they order the wrong supplies and they can't get their billing straight. I've mailed payments that were cashed but never applied to my account. I've asked for bills that were never sent.
