They are a mess when it comes to organization and cleanliness regarding the D.O.T. or Hair Test. Think twice before going to get tested there because they don’t handle the tests properly. I've been going to this place for years. I have to get my DOT physical every year. In December the doctor wanted some test results from 4 years ago. I have renewed my DOT card 3 times since. It took a few days to get the results and turn them in. When I turned the results into the doctor's office the doctor was on vacation and nobody else there knew anything about it. Medworks Joliet is very unprofessional and I am surprised that they are still open. Their staff is very unprofessional, it is clear that they are not held to any standards whatever. This company works hand and hand with Cornerstone and it has been my experience that they do not provide medical records that have been requested due to work related injuries. New Staff needed with morals.
