I love this place the staff are very nice and very clean, you can't get me to go anywhere else............
They are a mess when it comes to organization and cleanliness regarding the D.O.T. or Hair Test. Think twice before going to get tested there because they don’t handle the tests properly. They manipulate samples with dirty instruments and lose tests.!!!!! Они беспорядочны в организации и чистоте при проведении тестов для D.O.T. или Hair Test. I've been going to this place for years. I have to get my DOT physical every year. In December the doctor wanted some test results from 4 years ago. I have renewed my DOT card 3 times since. It took a few days to get the results and turn them in. When I turned the results into the doctor's office the doctor was on vacation and nobody else there knew anything about it.
