I picked out some glasses at Med West today. The staff member working in the glasses area was very busy and had to help 2 customers before me with some complicated issues. She was absolutely excellent. I would have been extremely stressed in her shoes and she was calm, patient and professional. I was so impressed!! AND I got a great deal on some really cute glasses. I’ve always been happy with the care there, but what I observed today was above and beyond!
I waited over an hour just to see the doctor. When I asked the reception they said that he was backed up all morning. Although no one cared to share that with me before I arrived or while I was waiting. Then when I will billed I was charged for a fitting that never happened. My time was not important to them and I was charged for fake fittings. This new customer will never be back
These folks are over the top nice. I'm a stroke survivor and am constantly amazed at the kindness and consideration from this team. Kudos of the highest!
