The staff is often rude, and dismissed many of the issues I struggled with. Not only that - when I asked to look at my swollen tonsils, they said to go to the ER and have it looked at instead!
I travel from Altoona to see the family medicine part of this building. They're always great. A few weeks ago I had to use medwell and they were all very nice. I will continue to utilize conemaugh for any of my future healthcare needs. I hope that conemaugh eventually builds an office in Altoona. There aren't any primary care doctors accepting patients in Altoona.
I went at an off time and had no wait. Staff was excellent, Dr. Holsinger was very personable and helpful. Thank you!
I always go to Medwell and I never had a problem. They are great ! If you go in with an attitude you will receive one back ( to the other posts people added ) . Your in and out quickly and thats what I like. Thank you Medwell.
