I had a horrible experience. Ending up losing $8,000, plus appraisal and home inspection with realtor Nathan Radcliff. Put down-payment with promise of a great house. Decided not to buy the house because of roof. After our home inspector didn't pass the roof that is a 6 years old, our inspector notice over100 bold spot showing fiber glass.
