Dr. Tochi Umunakwe and her staff are amazing people that I have ever seen. I was treated with dignity and respect! It was my first time seeing Dr. Umunakwe concerning my health issues ,and I was given a good pathway to getting better. Thank you so much for listening carefully to my concerns.
After struggling to be heard by another pain management doctor, finding this provider has truly been life-changing. My first time at this office and I had the best experience from the Free waters and Cheetos and coffee and tea when I come in I felt like home once in the office the doctors and the nurse practitioner. Brenda was amazing. They understood me and actually listen to me about my pain once I was done. DR. Umunakwe , has been treating me for a couple of years and is an outstanding doctor! He professionalism and attention to detail when speaking to me about my issues is way above standards! I have never had a bad visit with her and her staff! It only takes on bad apple to ruin the bunch they say and my experience today with a staff member who called me back one day after my epidural procedure yesterday has put a bad taste in my mouth about this place!
