Do not go to the Clearwater office they are very unethical
Shady. Medway in New Port Richey took my mother off Simply Healthcare HMO without her knowledge then refused to continue her medical care. She went there for over 2 years and as soon as she had a significant issue that required an ER visit then a MRI was needed, the "insurance broker" that resides within the clinic said that the doctor was reviewing Mom's records and wanted her to switch from Simply back to straight Medicare so she would be able to get home health.
