Very poor experience when they called to do amed review. The person I talked to stated hewas a Pharmacist but did not understand anything at all about diabetes drugs.he was very rude. I then got a call the next date saying i didnt completed the review and had to do it over. They then sent me the paperwork from the review stating I should take meds I am allergic to.stating I didn't know how much insulin I took after I told them it was a sliding scale. Awful costumer service.

3rd party sub contracter to Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. You wouldn't know it unless you asked because they have the integrity of a used car salesman and the customer service of the DMV. Don't rely on them to call you back, in fact don't rely on them to have a steady connection. I'm personally seeing if they have any class-actions pending against them that I can join because this is corporation is awful.

This is a scam they stole my Indenty and send me I mail wit the bill 378$ with Geek Squad . Now is sending me letters the second one with all my medication print out on the sheet with Humana and my private ID information? This is possible? They sales my indentity ,please never trusting ppl when they ask your medication and pretend are medical insurance.
