This is a big a scam they book me in between 1pm to 10pm and I told the person when she booked the appointment call me to give me A heads up Before the Dr show up minimum 30 minutes I received a text message saying the doctor will be there shortly. I developed sciatica and couldn’t walk. I am an active weight training individual. I was a little frantic given I couldn’t physically get to my doctor or go to a walk in clinic. I called MedVisit and they sent a doctor the same day. The doctor was exceptionally attuned and empathetic to my condition. Trying to charge my card without authorization is a big No No you send me an email I declined still you tried to charge my card. Watch these people very sneaky!!!
I have never given such a low rating. I have given this company a few chances to provide a needed service. A one star is generous. Really, a rating of negative stars is most appropriate here for: - Over promising and under delivering.. - Having an 88 year old wait all day and not show up or call .
