Dr. Zandi is amazing! She’s caring and truly listens to her patients. Her calm approach and professionalism make every visit comfortable and reassuring. I’m so thankful to have found such a great doctor!♥️
I had an appointment with Dr. Zandi at Medview Medical Clinic and it was a frustrating experience. I waited about 25 minutes on the exam table before the appointment started. The doctor’s gloves fell onto my pants, on the chair behind the exam bed but she still wore them. To make it even worse she then checked her phone with the same gloves before continuing the exam. Think to yourself; when do you go to see a doctor? When unwell, vulnerable and weak. This is when you need their support. Right? Wrong! From the front desk lady till you see the doctor you will get treated like a 4th world country. I promise you, you'll walk out feeling 10x worse than you walked in. This place will put all the rumors you heard about health care system to shame.
I would not recommend Dr.Saffari. She was harsh and rude and seemed to have little knowledge or understanding of anxiety problems. I would have been better not seeing her at all and wish I had stuck with my previous doctor despite him being far away.
