DO NOT GO HERE! My mom took our family dog that was almost 3 years old to this place yesterday and they never did an X-ray or anything just said he was sore and his spine felt swollen and then said that he just needed to rest and anti-inflammatories and now today my mom and our entire family is heartbroken he is gone and the vet in our town said that an X-ray would’ve showed he needed more help but it was too late, this place is a joke I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! As far as i am concerned they signed his death certificate
My new dog was ill and the regular Veterinarian office was closed. Went to Med Vet the staff was friendly, professional and the service was good. The Veterinarian was awesome, she explained everything and provided options without judgment on what clinical path was chosen. Would recommend to friends and family
We have to utilize MedVet Toledo on more than one occasion for multiple different reasons. The facility is always clean and the employees are always welcoming. They not only treat us with respect, but they always treat our animals with respect. They are kind and gentle and show empathy and compassion. They work quickly but efficiently. They give you options and make sure you understand the problem and the treatment plan. Anytime somebody needs a recommendation I always recommend MedVet Toledo.
The entire team at MedVet was attentive, friendly, and compassionate. Dr. Buford was very knowledgeable and thorough. All my questions were answered with honesty and there was a genuine care shown and expressed for my dog….and for me, too! I will highly recommend MedVet.
The peace of mind that pet owners used to have with at least one place open at all times was amazing. With the new hours if anything happens during the night you are screwed. The times ive went in the past they were amazing there and took great care of my dog. I just wish there was some kind of option for toledo pet owners when they wake up at 2am and there dog is in pain and they dont know what to do
