First time I have ever had to go here for emergency services for my dog . The staff was very helpful, professional and have happily answered my questions and concerns I had after bringing my dog home. It is nice to know that they are there when you have an emergency with your pet but your regular veterinarian is closed . It is super expensive though , which should be expected with after hours emergency care.

Well, none of us ever want to be faced with taking a pet to an emergency veterinary. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with respect. Our dog was the only concern for both us and those working here. Everyone was professional and caring. All in all it was a great experience, although no one ever wants to be in this situation. Thank you, my dogs life was saved that day. Never will I have thanked them enough in my lifetime for this. Thank you
Everyone at MedVet was super nice, and the staff was very knowledgeable. I really appreciated the upfront explanation of costs before any care was given — that was very helpful. That said, the wait time was extremely long. I was the second person there with no one else in the lobby, and it still took nearly 2.5 hours for the appointment. I can’t imagine how long it must be when they’re busier. I would return in case of an emergency, because I do trust the care, but be prepared to wait a significant amount of time.
