Front desk receptionist was not friendly. I walked in with my sick dog and she acted like i was bothering her just by being there. She was rude, condescending and acted like she didn’t want us there or to be there. There was a 4 hour wait. Then when I finally got in a room I was told that my dog needed a $600 X-ray, just for them to come back 5 min later with with him and say they didn’t see anything and offered a surgery that would be about 8-9k. Very nice and accommodating to our pet's needs. Also, answered any questions we had about medications and care.
Lost my dog 5 days after taking him here. He was overlooked. And suffered for 5 days. If you want your pet to live in an emergency don’t go here!
Wonderfully compassionate staff.
Excellent and informative prompt courteous service by all parties from front desk to technician to vet. Highly recommend. My dog and I were very happy.
