Our pet left sicker than when he came in. They screwed us and his health. Luckily we had enough wherewithal, after being told to put him down, to take him home. Has it been smooth? No! BUT he’s now better than he was since then and the original issue can be taken care of in a regular vet setting. No one there told us that!! These people went all the wrong directions with our pet. I took my dog in to be seen on December 23/24. It was the middle of the night and I had just gotten off a long shift at work. I knew my girl was sick and I was heartbroken to have to take her in that night, especially since it was Christmas Eve. Unfortunately my dog had to be put down. She was with me for almost 14 years. Impressive facility. They work very hard to take care of every patient that comes through the door quickly and smoothly, ensuring they are stabilized until they receive care. It's an ER so every patient is critical. It's comforting to know there's a place you can go if you need to, I wish I had known about it sooner.
Saved my dogs life and the staff was so patient every time I called. Even the Dallas staff that is here due to their building being damaged has been amazing. Highly recommend them for emergency care!
