First time seeing him, left me in treatment room for over 30 min. to go do something so thought he forgot about me and I left. Told receptionist I was leaving, had to be somewhere else. Had another appointment, was 15 min. early, checked in, 45 minutes later still in waiting room, no notification from receptionist if doctor running late or offer to reschedule. The problem is not with the doctor it is with the PA. Had an issue of importance called and spoke with the PA. He was not helpful at all. He was rude and condescending. One of the problems was my husband was angry I believed it was due to the medication he was taking. He told me I should do something about his anger. What kind of response is that. And he could not help us. Left us in the dark. Unacceptable.

I was experiencing a serious health issue and other doctors had attempted to help, however, none were able to get me the treatment I needed. Dr. Louis Medved was incredibly kind, patient, communicative and diligent in helping identify and treat my issue. He is extremely knowledgable and went above and beyond to make time for me, even hopping on a telemedicine call when I needed him. I cannot recommend Dr. Medved highly enough!

I never post reviews regarding any experience I've had, however after what happened to me when calling to leave Dr. Medved a message, I must share my experience. I was left crying, extremely upset, by how I had been treated by his longtime Office Manager, and Receptionist, that I have never gone back, despite being a longtime Patient. I don't know that he is aware of how Bobby and his Receptionist treat his Patients, as per Bobby, I wasn't allowed to talk to him. She has always been very callous to me, my Child, and my Aunt.... read more

In the ten years I've been going to Dr Medved's office, I've only seen him once. He's too busy for his own patients. I always have to see the PA. He isn't concerned about his patients at all or their progress. He picks and chooses who he wants to see. If you're not important enough he won't see you. Went and found a neurologist that actually takes the time with me that I need. Do yourself a favor stay away from this doctor especially if you want real neurological help.

I was being bothered by dizziness. Dr Medved did a through examine and gave me sound advice.

He is a good doctor when you can actually get an appointment with him. I saw him during my first appointment and after that, I am always scheduled with his PA.

Dr. Medved is extremely thorough, listened to and answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. A great doctor - I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a neurologist (I go for Migraines)

I've had multiple sclerosis since 2005. Been seeing Doctor Medved since 2011 and must they are wonderful professionals at helping people with neurological disorders. His whole staff are a pleasure to deal with and are always helping me thru my MS travels. Even when my wife came down with migrane issues, Dr. Medved was there for her. I would recommend Doctor Medved (and awesome staff) to anyone who made need help in the MS/ neurological field.
