Really nice, professional people.
Awful communication. Been there 4 times in the last year and the last 3 times are absolute lack of effort in communication on when a vehicle is gonna be done. As an example my truck was getting worked on since last week on Thursday. Waited for a part didn't get there on friday didn't tell me on friday till I asked 30 min before they closed and waited till Monday. Jimmie was incredibly helpful throughout my car buying experience, was very low pressure, and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He’s someone who’s clearly been in the industry a long time, cares about what he does, and how he portrays both himself and his dealership! Nothing but good things to say for him, 11/10 sales guide! Would absolutely work with him in the future!!
I dropped off my truck as scheduled through dealership. For a seat belt recall and one door speaker replacement. I had to reach out to them to see if the vehicle had been worked on yet. After 7 hours they informed me they would need my truck another day. Keep in mind I pay 1200 a month and this is my only vehicle. They couldn’t even give me a loaner. This happened my only two days off this month. Terrible service department.
Local shuttle service is great - Cam was very friendly and available. Abigail in service was prompt and thorough and I’m glad that the excellent auto technicians found my faulty warranty item and will replace and get me fully functional again.
