I have thick curly hair and wanted to get the super straight look every one else was wearing. So I decide to go to Medusa Salon in Norwich. I had been ther before for a trim and was impressed by how stylish and sophisticated all the stylist seemed. The decor is nice and they seem to know what they're doing - BUT 8+ hours for a full set of highlights is ridiculous.

I would just like to thank Darci so much for the amazing job she did on my hair yesterday. I have been searching for a stylist that actual can do what they say without blowing smoke. I had been coloring my hair jet black for about two years and finely wanted it back to blonde. I've been to several stylist that promised me it would be blonde. I've been a client of Darci's at Medusa since January of 2010. She saved me from a horrible, self-inflicted "over the counter" box job mess, with amazing results. She is always professional, explaining what she is doing, and the reason behind it, making sure that I understand what she is going to do. I've never questioned her judgment or her methods.
