John and Rosa are excellent. They are experts in cutting straight asian hair - both long and short! I seldomly leave google reviews but Medusa 2000 is THE best hair salon in Winnipeg. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail during my hundreds of cuts here. Can not recommend enough.
I called this place for the first time to make an appointment. I was bluntly told they were busy and told to go to another salon. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional. She could have offered another available date or declined more politely. It left me with a very uncomfortable first impression.
