The intake staff lady was very rushed, seemed like she was *on* something, rude, didn't even try to be polite. Slamming things around and saying "come on!" To the copy machine. On the flip side, the doctor who did my exam was kind and professional. Based on previous reviews, it may be best to terminate this intake staff persons' employment sooner rather than later. I don’t know who this medical assistant or whatever she is, is so rude. I felt the bad vibe from her when she said have a seat. Something needs to be done about her attitude because she represents a brand and that’s doctor and that’s no way to treat anyone. None should be made to feel uncomfortable and we’re all here to get stuff taken care of. She had the right one today, you want to snap just call me the snapper because she definitely got a snap back. Worst place for disability testing from SSA.
