Went for a Covid test and I had results within 24 hrs. The service was very fast, organized, and professional. The total collection process from arrival to departure was within 15 mins.
Okay for a lab
I can't speak for the whole facility but the tech that did my covid test today was very rude. She came out, handed me a clip board and didn't speak a word to me, came back to get it and when she saw I missed a box, tapped her pen on the clipboard and said, "Check one." When she pulled the swab out she held it in front of my face with no direction so I just put my head back in what I assumed she wanted me to do.
