Poor customer service. Received expired product, could not get response or refund. Hopefully this is a one time mix up.

I was with a patient today that got a call from this company. They were ordering her a back and knee brace that she didn’t need because it was “free” through Medicare. This is Medicare FRAUD and this company should be shut down. Very sad Update: an official complaint has been filed with the OIG.
