This agency is horrible, no one answer’s the phone or returns calls. Very unprofessional receptionist, and very little staff on duty. The quality of care is very minimum.
Was almost hit by one of their buses on 6/9/22. Traffic going East/West had a green light and the bus was in a southbound lane at a red light. The bus driver decided to run the red light as I was going through the intersection, did not even see me or the other cars and he proceeded through the intersection. I tried calling their office several times to complain but the phone just rings and rings and there is no voicemail or receptionist to answer the call.
MedTech was recently appointed by Humana to help provide homecare for my girlfriend Marianne who has ALS. Its needless to say, this is a very trying time for us. Jim from MedTech finally called to say they had someone nearby in Fox Lake named Michelle, who could likely be dedicated to caring for Marianne - for all 39hrs per week the state has approved.
