Went in filled out all of the paperwork. Tried to get in and see my dr. So first time there and they were wonderful. Told them I had pink eye started this morning and check it out gave me a prescription and out the door in less than a half hour. Staff was really good. Place was clean will definitely go back if I have to go to a urgent care. Thank you all for your service
The staff processed us with kindness and very diligently- they were informative and thorough. They provided us with options to care for my son’s hand and a script as a precautionary measure.

This would be my last resort of an urgent care. The front office staff was seemingly very nice but also unwilling to help beyond the bare minimum. I was seen on Monday and given antibiotics and was not getting any better by Wednesday or Thursday so i called back to hopefully get a different medication and they said i need to pay another $150 coinsurance to get seen again because the dr i saw wouldn’t be there for another week+, awesome. well i couldn’t do that so i just kept taking the meds they recommended. My sincere appreciation to the team at Access 365 for their outstanding care. They were extremely thorough in diagnosing my illness and prescribed a comprehensive treatment regimen. I would especially like to thank Melinda for sticking to her guns when I became a little belligerent that she wouldn’t just prescribe an antibiotic for a quick fix, explaining that it is only a last resort if the other medicines don’t show results.
