Waiting over three hours,and people come in after you, get in before you. It should be first come or go to the ER. Now 4 hrs and have not even seen the doc and it is after 7:00 pm
My husband and I came in feeling poorly and we were not sure if we had colds or something more serious. We were seen promptly and given prescriptions to hopefully make us feel better.
The Medstat staff were welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did an exceptional job of working well together.
