I had my first visit at the SS location and it’s great! Parking was VERY easy and accessible. Office is clean. The two nice ladies at the front desk are friendly. I meet with Dr.Carla Petty and she’s always very lovely and professional. I got everything I needed for my annual completed that day! Medstar OBGYN is a great facility but I think the SS is it for me moving forward.
I have been patient at this location since I was pregnant with my daughter. Honestly I have had almost all the time good experience. Dr Seethappan has always been amazing to me . Even when I recently had a little bit frustrating experience with front desk members, The management team reached out to me and wanted to hear me out. I appreciated that they took the situation seriously. I also called back later to reschedule my appointments, and the staff member I spoke with was much more kind, professional, and helpful this time.... read more
Unfortunately, this was the first time I experienced rudeness and mean behavior at this location. The two receptionist were really rude. The first one I wanted schedule my appointment with, she was really stressed out on something. She wasn’t communicating well , so I moved to second receptionist hoping that she might help me better . But she gave me attitude even worst than the first one . They both didn’t schedule my appointments right. I left the office really stressed out .
