it was great, the staff was very nice and caring
NP Patel is always very accommodating and thorough. I appreciate that he doesn’t make his patients wait to be seen. He listens intently and makes sure that all of my questions and concerns are addressed. I recommend him highly.
Seems like a pretty knowledgeable doctor. After the appointment ended he commented that he doesn’t take new patients he just does the initial evaluation. This was a tad confusing. He did suggest a great health program for me to go to but then I had to research another primary. This would have been great to know before I was scheduled. Although he seems pretty knowledgeable he wasn’t very communicative about certain things I was to do next and neither the front desk. This made the appointment frustrating more than anything.
