I’m not sure how they can be a business ran in this county. The worst wait times, I’m currently sitting at over 14 mins to be answered on the phone… this business needs to be shutdown or everyone fired. Pathetic. This is for the Dr Dave’s the endocrinologists floor.

First appointment got my blood work done no call no nothing .i called they said ill have a nurse reach out to you . I asked for a link to the portal they will send you one nothing . I wont be going back

My appointment is at 2:15. Still sitting in the waiting room at 2:35. This is unacceptable. Happens every time.

Don’t go to this place. First the staff seems to always have an attitude. Then they didn’t bother to give me my lab results. I had to call over a week later to discover I had an infection that supposedly was urgent. Then when I was prescribed the meds required they used a third party service called Blink Rx. I spent a week and 6 phone calls asking what it was and why I needed to use it. Not one single person could tell me.
