Anyone to be aware this Hollywood billing office. My wife went to a Dr. at J. Patrick Jaboe medical center and paid copay same day. 3 weeks later Hollywood billing sent an email ask her to pay copay. My wife called to billing to tell the man working there that she already paid and insurance approved to pay the rest of the bill except copay. The man told her that he is waiting for insurance then make adjustments later. 3 weeks after she called. They sent the other email and message to asked her to pay copay again ! One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a medical office. They wasted my time from start to finish. First, they called me saying they couldn’t find my referral. When I arrived, I explained that it had already been sent over, and after looking again, they were able to find it and print it themselves. Then, after finally locating the referral, they told me they couldn’t schedule my appointment because it supposedly stated that the appointment had to be after August 31.
