Since the Med Star group has come in so much has changed. The changes I personally have experienced have been avoidable,unnecessary,irritating and time consuming. The main ones I have had repeatedly,switchboard. Angel was a familiar,long time,efficient,knowledgeable voice who connected me with ease and speed to the proper office. No longer. The music while waiting has even changed. It is lous,harsh,obnoxious. I've been coming to the Bean Building for several years now—for doctor appointments, tests, and follow-ups—and they have never failed me. The level of care, professionalism, and consistency across the board has been outstanding. Dr. Gill is a truly wonderful physician. I've had the privilege of being treated by some of the best, including Dr. Jarboe and Dr. Brown, and I can confidently say Dr. Gill is right up there with them.
