I provided translations to my relative, while I was translating back what the patient had said, the doctor cut me off and started asking new questions with out hearing the patients answers. Always had to wait to be seen for a long time. Hard to get this office to refill prescriptions in an appropriate time frame. Staff seem overwhelmed.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did this provider use excessive foul language? Somewhat. It was a little excessive.
