Front desk person was rude another than that clean and fast service. Oh! The tech and nurse provided excellent service.
I walked into Urgent Care w/o an appt. Thankfully, I was seen and out the door in no time. The staff treated me well and were very pleasant. If my provider, PA Blessing, was also in private practice I would have given 5 stars.
The MedSTAR urgent care facility has always treated me well and just recently my daughter needed an annual physical to attend school and she was able to walk in and get the paperwork taken care of in time to join her senior class kick off! Thank you so much to the staff at MedSTAR for assisting us and making this all possible.
Great staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Once you get through the automated check on process, everything runs pretty smoothly. Prescription sent in quickly too
I had an early appointment and was registered and seen at a good time, the nurse was great, the doctor came in soon after she finished, I told him my issues, he had me do a few movements and diagnosed what he believed my problem is. He told me the med he was prescribing, I retrieved it a couple of hours later. I had a concern about, the number I called dialed the office he was at, eventually he came on the call, I shared my concern, he listened and explained that the script would help and what I thought wasn’t true.
