Today was a great day Stephanie was very nice to me. Jamila was very sweet Kabala the provider was very understanding about my symptoms.
The wait time took over 1.5 hours after arriving 15 minute early for my appointment so I just used Dr on Demand while waiting. I got service immediately and medication prescribed in a total of 7 minutes. It was more expensive ($37 out of pocket vs. $0 out of pocket), but that's only if my time is worth nothing. The staff were very pleasant & kind, but the doctors are either understaffed or too slow. In either case, I will likely use the Dr on Demand over this service.
Staff was courteous and service was excellent. Wait time was reasonable.
I was very impressed by your Urgent Care Center. It was well organized, clean, and neat. I received excellent care. This was my first time using the Urgent Care Center. I will certainly use it again. I only wish I had come to the center earlier! I had been relying on take home Covid tests from CVS, which I now see are not necessarily accurate. I discovered I had Covid, which explains why I had been sick for so long. From now on, I will visit the Urgent Care Center right away.
Absolutely a horrible experience. Waited over an hour to speak with a PA who spent 1 min 30 secs with me, and she spent half that time trying to record our conversation so she didn’t have to take notes. I came in with a horrible headache and was throwing up from it. This facility and that practitioner should be reported to the American Medical Association.
