I went in just 30 minutes before they were to close. They were very attentive and caring. Very professional. They made sure all my needs were met and didn't rush me along even though they were probably tired and ready to go home. It's not the first time I've been there. They are always thorough and tell you everything you need to do when you leave there. The last time I was there, they even contacted me a couple days later to see how I was doing. I was misdiagnosed... went in for coughing and congestion... asked for antibiotic and was told there was no need for it cause it was viral bronchitis... went to Patient First 2 days later and it DID need an antibiotic because it was pneumonia! I feel extremely neglected as a patient.
Kind caring friendly staff. From Scheduling to registration to PA, nurse, techs. They were alert and had a sense of humor.
From Donna at the front desk to Shelly the x-Ray and Alisha the MA everything was smooth. Donna was patient as I struggled with the checkin process. To Shelly who did everything possible to relax me while taking my BP. And then for a quick hello with Alisha and into the exam room I went. Not 2 minutes from sitting down Amy Miller came in to exam and talk to me about the reason I was there. She was thorough, engaging and was willing to answer any question I had.
