Two hour wait for the results of a strep test and I had to come out of the room twice to see what was going on. Someone should at least come in and let us know the expected wait. My baby was screaming the whole time. The staff clearly doesn’t want to be here—it was so bad it makes me think they must treat their staff terribly here.
