An appointment is a must at this location. It is extremely busy and there is a wait time even with the appointment. But the staff are doing the best they can with the delays and staff shortages. They are friendly, professional, helpful and kind. The facility is very clean.
Was there for 4 hours, they do a lot of repetitive paperwork that makes no sense. Sign in on tablet, was sent email link to register and take photos of my id and insurance card, then wait, called to the front desk to complete more paperwork, then called back to desk to provide my ID and insurance information. This makes no sense.
I was there want see Dr. But there was no Dr. only one nurse I was 2nd person and wait one and half hour seen nurse only for less than 5 minute
