Went in for urgent care for my eye. I made an appointment, so I would check in before walking on the way over. However, I had to try many times to confirm the appointment and it wasn’t until I used the other option and write in what I needed addressed that the system put it through. Clean facility. Warm front desk assistant. Professional nursing staff. The pt. consensus was low (yay), patrons spaced safely apart. The Dr. conducted a quick assessment and offered additional screenings accordingly. Care was rendered quickly and efficiently! I would return for service again if needed. 😷
I was quickly received at Urgent Care very nicely and was treated with great respect by front desk. I was then called back by triage person who did the vitals and tests needed. She was thorough. I had to wait however for sixty minutes for nurse to come in and another thirty minutes for Dr. The place was quite busy though so the service from doctor and staff was impeccable! Thank you!
Shamar, ShaRon, Dr. Hamer and the other tech were so kind, helpful and understanding from start to finish…I liked Dr.Hamer, she listens and is knowledgeable…there were 10 people ahead of me and I was still outta there within 2 hrs of getting there…but you should come around 8am if you don’t wanna sit all day 💥thanks again for exceptional care!!!
