I rated my experience as 5 for the overall experience, and I didn’t want My survey to show I was in any way unhappy with the staff and care. BUT I was very disappointed in the registration software. Three tmes I had to go ask your staff for help to get through it, and I was not the only one pestering her about the software. That software I would give a rating of 3.0, As it is not user-friendly due to lack of info and ambiguity. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and VERY patient with my two toddlers. We walked in and were in and out within an hour. Very satisfied with our visit and will use this location in the future!
Very clean and everyone was so professional. I can't say enough good thing, very caring and knowledgeable. Very good experience, especially with pneumonia and being 80yrs old, couldn't ask for more. Thanks Medstar 😊
