I was very sick and did not feel like being there The staff was pleasant and helpful to all that were there. The Dr. and all who helped me once I was admitted for treatment were very courteous and professional. Than you for a pleasant visit job well done. Oh by the way I am beginning to feel much better.
The Nurse Practitioner was was very informative. She told me that I had the Flu A virus. She said the flu medication, (?tamma Flu?) tasted terrible and really had no effect. My son, who is a paramedic with 18 years experience, and my family doctor said to take it. So I question her advice.
Dr was honest and told me right out that I needed to go to the ER. There was nothing she could do for me. She also checked to see how long the waiting time was at that time in the ER.
From the front desk to the PA everyone was wonderful. I was diagnosed and out of the building within an hour of my appointment time with my prescription in hand.
