STAY AWAY FROM RIGHT TIME!!! I went there in January of 2020. They billed me the wrong amount, and I have been fighting them for the last year. I have contacted them at least 7 times, asking them to bill me for the correct amount, and they still haven't done it. Today I paid the bill for the incorrect amount -- $114.00 more than I actually owe, because I need to end this nightmare. Spare yourselves my struggle; take your business elsewhere.
Every time we come here it takes forever as if there is not enough staff to keep things moving. We had an appointment for 4 and it’s 4:40 and we have t been seen yet we are eating in the room but no one has come
Ripoff! Be aware of the additional charges and fees for a sports physical examination. I was informed that the physical was $45 and they didn’t take health insurance. Today, I opened a bill for $135 for Urgent Care Visit. I was never informed by the Medical Intake staff member of any additional fees prior to services.
It was a good experience at first. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, got my prescription as soon as I left .
