Took my 5 year old here. Walked in and receptionist had a nasty attitude and being snarky to others besides myself. Ok no big deal, they deal with a lot show them grace.... well I Was told we had a 3 1/2 hour wait!!! Ok, big breathe, out of their control, cool no problem. It’s local to a bunch of places so we Went to grab her a drink and something to eat to burn time in the car in the parking lot. Again she is 5!!! Feasible right? We have 3 1/2 hours to burn. This is the worse place anybody can go to. You make the appointment and they tell you that “you still have to wait 3 hours.” Why do you even have to make an appointment?
I’ve waited over an hour just to get called to a room. Get to the room, waited 40 mins & STILL NO doctor. Waited entirely too long, given that there is only one other patient. WILL NOT COME BACK. Would not recommend! I will make the drive to LaPlata.
walk in at 2 minutes until they close, with my husband who got burned by radiator fluid. per the receptionist, the doctor said an emergency room is warranted. "is it because you close in two minutes?" I asked. I told her to tell the doctor to re read her hypocritical oath. shame on you, doctor.
The medical person on duty misdiagnosed my condition; prescribed two medications that I am severely allergic too. Will never go.back yo this facility.
If i could give it a 0 i would, the slowest service I’ve ever seen in my life... been here over 2 hours and only 6 patients have been seen. Never again! Medstar is the worst!! �
