This was my first experience with MedStsr Urgent Care. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. They could not help me, and referred me to the ER. I appreciated the doctor’s honesty. She expressed her concern that she didn’t want to give a definitive diagnosis because I needed testing that was not available in their facility.
Care happened quickly and throughly
I had good experience. I was seen about 10 minutes after I arrived and was right away. The only wait time was for test results.
The care was fantastic and they displayed genuine care and concern. Their professionalism was second to none and all instructions and follow up care was explained and they assured me they would assist with follow up
