Ended up with a $206 bill for each of my two children for a COVID-19 test because of the way they billed my insurance company. I would not recommend getting tested at this facility unless you want to pay.
Customer service isn’t good. They treat you rudely like you are interrupting them.
I made an appointment to check if I had strep since several people in my family had it. A couple who came in 5 minutes after me was seen about 20 minutes after their arrival. I was not seen until an hour after my scheduled appointment. Then they were concerned about my high blood pressure. It was high because I was angry and lost my patience over the ridiculous wait time. In and out with an appointment. Great care, fast service.
Here for 2 hours and still not seen. Getting ready to roll out and find another doctor to help me with my ear infection.
U have to wait too long my appointment was at 9:45pm and it took like 30 min to get in a room..and know is 11:25pm and still her man never coming back .....
Very disappointed, short staff , appointment was at 7:45pm and we are finally seen at 9:30pm . Last week without appointment waited almost 3 hrs. since I was the one who was sick I didn't mind waiting but with children is not ok. They need better communication between the appointment line and the actual office .
We have been to different Righttimes and have been really appreciative of their care, however our experience today in Germantown was absolutely horrible. We had an appt at 11:45, yet a "walk in" was seen before us. We waited over an hour to see the doc...and again, had a appt. What is the point of having an appt then? There was only 1 doc and 1 nurse on...not enough medical staff. I am very disappointed.
