I’ve been here a couple of times. Usually it’s not bad - what you would expect out of an urgent care. This past time, I was scolded by the nurse practitioner and left my appointment in tears with my 17 month old. I was completely dismissed and not listened to. I felt so disregarded. If you have to go here, ensure you’re prepared to be your own advocate or else you’ll pay a bunch of money for nothing. I won’t be back.
It is just wrong when we came in with a broken hand, wait (which we didn't mind doing), seen by the NP and THEN being told that we had to go elsewhere for xrays because while they can do xrays, they cant do xrays because they dont have an x-ray tech on duty. Seriously? Makes no sense. The staff qas amazing and embarrassed to have to tell us to go elsewhere.
Visit overall was amazing until the dr came on. If i'm here for chronic coughing that is make my chest burn and my chest is wheezing you think was would get a chest Xray. Mind you my 02 was a little low. Nope only cared about covid, flu and strep. Prescribed me the same medicine i told her that a televisit gave me on saturday that didn't work. So now primary dr wants me to go to the er for a chest Xray.
The staff was amazingly nice and helpful the visit even though it was busy I waited and was seen and discharged in under 2 hours
Wait wasnt terrible even through they were busy. Doctor listened well and didn't talk down to me. Took needed tests. Discussed my treatment options and recommended the specialist and physical therapy I needed. I appreciate him. Though I can't recall his name.
