An "appointment" at this location is not an appointment, it is just a way to fill out the forms in advance. On a weekday afternoon, I showed up on time, and the clinic did not seem to be busy. I waited for half an hour to have my temperature taken and to be shown to an exam room, and waited another hour and a half in the room. I had to leave the room and walk out to the receptionist to ask for updates, otherwise they would have just left me there for multiple hours.
