I was very pleased with my experience. The Starr was friendly and very professional. They made a point of telling everyone who walked in what the expected wait time would be. The facility was very clean and organized. I’ve heard many horror stories about urgent cares and my decision to go to this location was purely due to logistics. I will be recommending this location to friends and family

Our experience with staff, med techs and especially NP Yolima Moncada was excellent .All were very caring, knowledgeable , and reacted immediately to provide treatment & escalate appropriate care including recognizing my condition required immediate transport to the hospital ER. I am very grateful to the Medstar Urgent Care at Bethesda Team.
