I did not have an appointment but was seen within a reasonable time. All staff were professional and caring, checking in frequently to see if I needed anything. I had X-rays done and knew the results pretty quickly. I highly recommend them as I am also a retired advance practitioner nurse. I was also from out of state visiting family.
Very good care and I was pleased. The time tone seen was acceptable and I also used the Telehealth option and it worked out well for my issue,

Not a great experience when I took my 96 year old mother. I had to fill out the paperwork 3 times: once when I made the appointment; again when I got there on an ipad; and then a 3rd time on paper clipboard. Had an appointment but still waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 45 minutes in the exam room. Found out there were still 2 people in front of us so we left.
