Staff were efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Facilities were spotless, cheerful and spacious. Great experience!
It took a long time and I really got no explanations. Not at all efficient and the PA was too rushed to really help me understand anything.
We had a great experience at Bethesda MedStar Health. Although we didn’t have an appointment, the wait was minimal. The doctor was kind, attentive, and listened to our concerns.
Very professional and efficient. Went in about 45 minutes after appointment time which is to be excepted in Urgent Care. Lab tests promptly done. Nurse practitioner provided her diagnosis which was confirmed by ER (that she referred me to.)
