I have used this service in the past, and been very happy, despite reports from friends that it took too much time to see someone .This was the first time I waited over 2 1/2 hours, mostly in the treatment room, for a short (but good) meeting with a NP. It was long enough that one of the techs told me the doc had only one other patient in front of me at an hour in the room. More than 30 min later the NP arrived. Not good.
The team at the Alexandria location are great. Visiting these types of places is probably not high on anyone’s list, but the team here is great, friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and overall great assets to the team.
