My experience today with MedStar Urgent Care - King Street was outstanding. The administrative in and out processing was seamless and efficient. Everyone involved in my care showed a high level of professionalism and were truly dedicated to presenting a high level of care. I was seen by Dr. A. Smith. He was truly an excellent communicator and medical provider. He gave me a lot of insight on what to do and not do until I recuperate. Thank you for an excellent experience!!!
This was my first time at this place. I was very impressed with the kindness of the staff and their professionalism. If the need arises, I will come back to this location.
I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of checking the website. I would say availability is good in that sense. I suspected I had a UTI. Was given two separate meds and am feeling better. So yeah, it beats waiting days for an appointment for your primary care physician and they treated my condition with excellent results.
