Wonderful practice. the provider Beth is awesome! She takes time with you and listens to you and does a complete exam
It’s always a medstar facility i have an issue with. The providers are great, everyone else not so much! Office staff lacks complete and total understanding of the very basics of their job. Phones hardly ever work, and don’t expect an answer on the portal if your provider is out. Can’t refill a prescription until two days before it’s run out, but then it takes them 4+ business days to send it to the pharmacy.
