Most of the experience was good, but the receptionist would not retry my insurance. She refused to call my insurance so I had to do it myself. When I found the issue and told her, she refused to retry the verification with the new information. She said she would make a note in my file, but it would have been much better if she had just taken a few minutes to rerun the insurance check for my peace of mind, if nothing else. Sadly, what was once a very impressive primary care practice (particularly under Dr. Deva) has become an overcrowded office where individualized patient care is no longer a priority. I went from highly recommending this practice to ultimately leaving it myself. In my experience, the practice has become overwhelmed with patients, resulting in a MAJOR decline.
