I visited the clinic with some concerns I had, and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful . The doctor was through and explained everything that she was doing which made me feel comfortable and informed. Taking the time to address my concerns gave me a sense of peace. I truly appreciate the care and kindness I received.
Everyone was helpful and informative at the time of my appointment. When it comes to them reading their messages online in their portal they really need to get better at it. I put in a request for my insulin and it took them 2 days to read it. Another day went by and it still hasn't been sent to the pharmacy. I called the office to speak to someone because I am completely out of insulin. I hope the representative was able to get my request to my doctor (Leya James)and my prescription will be filled tomorrow.
