I made an appointment back in FEBRUARY to establish care with a new PCP, Dr. Armstrong. First available appointment wasn’t until October. Okay, I scheduled it. I then find out after calling THEM today to confirm the said appointment that they canceled my appointment without letting me know (they said they tried to call me which is BS I never received a call or voicemail) and I have to wait until NEXT April to schedule with the same Dr. Unbelievable.
