Everyone I’ve come in contact with in this office has been very friendly, helpful and kind. My doctor, Dr. Papailiatos, listens to all my concerns, respects my input and we work out how to meet my needs. He’s very knowledgeable and up to date on what’s current in the field of medicine. He’s a great doctor.
Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this office. I happened to call two days before my annual appointment (that I scheduled almost a year beforehand) to confirm something for my appointment. I was told my provider left the practice and they were planning to reach out to let me know. This was two days before my appointment, and the provider left a week or so before I called, so I find it hard to believe that I would have been contacted.
