MedStar Health: Physical Therapy at Olney

Over the years, I've gone to several different facilities for PT. My best experiences have been with Medstar PT in Olney. The physical therapists are caring and provide good exercises and routines for dealing with whatever my needs have been. The only criticism is that it's sometimes hard to get on the schedule. Recently, I had to wait almost two months, and now, with four sessions left, there is a three-week gap, which breaks up the continuity that I need for best results.

Val is an outstanding physical therapist. She is deeply knowledgeable about the strengthening, balance and stretching exercises needed to recover from surgery. She is very observant and a great listener. She pushes you to help yourself while bringing empathy and humor. She actually makes physical therapy almost fun. I’ve worked with a handful of very good therapists over the years and Val is definitely the best.

Actually always enjoy early morning physical therapy especially in the third floor office. Later timed first floor appointments are also well planned and beneficial. All therapy staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Glad to be there experiencing improvement and happy when leaving !

Everyone was friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered. After each session, I felt much better with a lot more energy. Thanks to Patrick, Mike and Jimmy !
