I have been going to MedStar at Leisure World Physical Therapy for many years, and I would like to stress that the therapists are truly excellent. However, I feel I can only give them three stars because within the last few months they have eliminated any type of direct telephone contact; the only option for the patient is to leave a number for a callback.
