Great experience! Professional and extremely courteous staff!
Customer service was outstanding although someone initially canceled my appointment with no notification. I was quite surprised to receive this news. However the nice and pleasant woman at front desk to right of elevators. Went above and beyond her call of duty. To make certain I would be seen for to someone else's scheduling error. This is the second time Medstar have done this to me and I'm a new patient and truly don't appreciate the continual mishaps. However when you are seen the staff and doctors are phenomenal
